As a 36-year-old crypto assets investor, I have navigated the crypto world for 8 years, finally achieving a wealth accumulation from an initial capital of 300k to several tens of millions. This journey has not been smooth sailing; I experienced severe drawdowns, with my capital shrinking to 60k at its lowest point. However, by adhering to a seemingly 'clumsy' yet effective strategy, I successfully endured 2880 days of market trials, ultimately achieving an astonishing 400-fold return in just 4 months.

On this challenging road, I have summarized a few valuable experiences:

1. Focus on the mainstream: During a bull market, I choose to concentrate on a specific sector, only chasing the main upward trends. For example, when the artificial intelligence sector explodes, I will focus my efforts on researching the truly leading projects and targets with potential for catch-up growth.

2. New coin priority: The market often favors new stories and new projects. In contrast, old coins may seem cheap, but many have already lost their value.

3. Be cautious with contract trading: Although I have made considerable profits in contract trading, I have also experienced countless liquidations. If you decide to participate, keep in mind: avoid using your entire capital, do not use excessively high leverage (the risk is extremely high above 5x), and consider setting stop-losses as a necessary operation.

4. Respect market cycles: The cryptocurrency market experiences a cycle approximately every four years. At the end of a bull market, it is essential to clear out your altcoin holdings. When you find that even delivery drivers and convenience store owners are discussing a certain coin that may skyrocket, it is likely very close to the market peak.

5. The essence of the 'foolproof method': choose projects that are recognized by the market but have not yet been hyped; select only a few coins in each sector, usually a stable leader and a promising newcomer; hedge in a bear market, gradually increase positions in a bull market, and decisively liquidate at the end of a bull market.

Surviving in the crypto world is not just about intelligence; more importantly, it is about being able to withstand the tests of market cycles and grasping the rhythm. My experience proves that one can succeed in this industry solely by understanding market rhythms, without relying on gambling or insider information.

For newcomers to the crypto world, it may be worth trying this 'simple method'. It is not complicated; the real challenge lies in whether you can maintain patience and avoid making decisions influenced by emotions. Remember, there are many opportunities in the crypto world, and the key is to survive and wait for the right moment that suits you.
