#PI# Recently, there has been a continuous high temperature, unbearable heat. Make sure to take measures to prevent heatstroke and take good care of yourself.



Try to minimize going out during the high temperature period from 9 AM to 6 PM. If you need to go out, be sure to wear light-colored loose clothing, a wide-brimmed sun hat, and carry non-alcoholic herbal medicine such as Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Oral Liquid to prevent heatstroke. Drink water proactively, multiple times, and in moderation daily, replenishing 200-300 milliliters of water every hour, and when sweating a lot, pair with light salt water or sports drinks, avoiding large amounts of water at once. At the same time, it is recommended to set the air conditioning temperature around 26°C, and the indoor-outdoor temperature difference should not exceed 10°C. Open windows for ventilation for 15 minutes every 3 hours to prevent "air conditioning disease."

The weather is hot, so it's even more important to maintain adequate sleep. In terms of diet, eat more cool foods such as watermelon and mung bean soup, allowing yourself to feel "cool all summer" from the inside out. Be sure not to let your emotions also get "heatstroke."
