When you are a beginner, you need to distinguish between Favourable Information and Unfavourable Information.

To advance, you need to observe the market's reaction. The so-called Favourable Information not rising and Unfavourable Information not falling. Unfavourable Information not falling corresponds to a strong market, and Favourable Information will surge; Favourable Information not rising corresponds to a weak market, and Unfavourable Information will plummet.

So don't just follow others blindly or take rumors at face value; you need to observe the market carefully and avoid being a macro elementary student.
