What is risk?

Many people have misunderstandings, thinking that stocks, futures, and cryptocurrencies carry high risks. The reality is that the things themselves do not have risks. Don't be quick to refute; let me finish speaking. The risk lies with people; humans are the source of risk. Therefore, these actions, these thoughts, are all executed by people. For example, setting stop losses, controlling positions, and avoiding leverage are called controllable risks. If you are someone who cannot manage risks well, you will have a gambling mentality—no stop losses, unwilling to accept defeat, and the more adverse the situation, the more you bet your chips, ultimately leading to failure, placing hope on ignorance and luck. If you are someone who cannot manage risks well, even if you don't engage in finance, doing business will also be with a gambling mindset, putting everything on the line at home, borrowing money everywhere, and so on.
