Golden Ten Data reported on February 17 that Zhongzi Science and Technology announced that the shareholder Nanjing Yinanling Ying New Energy Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) intends to reduce the total number of shares of the company held by it through centralized Bidding trading and Block Trading not more than 3,586,935 shares, that is, the total reduction does not exceed 3.00% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement.
