Odaily Planet Daily News Presto Research analyst Min Jung said that there may be risks for MicroStrategy to rely on BTC to meet its financial needs. He said: 'Currently, the favorable price movement of BTC allows MicroStrategy to maintain a positive feedback loop: the pump of the company's stock price can increase financing, provide funds for further BTC purchases, thereby pushing up the price of BTC and the value of its stock. Although this strategy is effective during the Bull Market, its sustainability largely depends on the continuous appreciation of BTC price.' (Bloomberg)
