Jin10 data reported on August 11, Longpan Technology announced that its holding subsidiary Lithium Source (Indonesia) has completed capital increase and share expansion by introducing investors for Delivery. LGES contributed $15.9709 million in cash to subscribe for 255,900 shares of newly issued ordinary shares, obtaining 20% equity after the completion of the new share issuance of Lithium Source (Indonesia). After the transaction, Lithium Source (Asia Pacific)'s holding ratio decreased to 79.99%, and the nominal share capital of Lithium Source (Indonesia) increased from 10,237.23 billion Indonesian Rupiah to 12,796.53 billion Indonesian Rupiah.
