According to Gate News bot, as reported by Decrypt, the publicly traded company Dogecoin Cash Inc. announced the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Dogecoin Treasury, which focuses on the operation of the DOGE ( treasury and related business.
The company was formerly known as Cannabis Sativia, Inc., focusing on telemedicine and related products for cannabis. After completing its name change in November, the company expanded its business scope to the cryptocurrency and blockchain fields. Currently, Dogecoin Cash Inc. holds approximately $6 million in the same-named derivative meme coin on the BNB chain.
