## ヘイズ氏の年内ターゲット

著名仮想通貨アナリストのアーサー・ヘイズ氏が23日の最新ブログ投稿で年末目標価格を発表した。ビットコイン25万ドル、イーサリアム1万ドルの強気予測を示し、「イーサリアムの強気相場が市場を席巻する」と宣言している。

ヘイズ氏はすでに7月11日にビットコインの史上最高値更新を受けて市場見通しを強気転換していた。前回の慎重な分析から一転し、「強烈なアルトシーズンに備えよ」と表現してイーサリアム主導の上昇相場到来を予想している。

投資戦略について、ヘイズ氏が運営するメイルストロームファンドはフルベットを実行していると明かした。「イーサリアム全般、DeFi全般、ERC-20コインによるすべての投機」に注力し、ビットコインをアウトパフォームする機会を追求しているという。

同氏の分析の核心はトランプ政権による信用拡大政策「QE4プア・ピープル」にある。政府調達保証により銀行が重要産業への融資を拡大し、『戦時経済』体制下での信用創造が仮想通貨価格を押し上げると論じている。

政府調達保証について、米国のMPマテリアルズ社が米国国防省の調達保証を受けてレアアース処理施設を建設する事例を挙げた。このプロジェクトは10億ドルの融資を確保し、戦略物資の国内生産を強化するトランプ政権の方針を反映。こうした信用拡大が経済全体を刺激し、仮想通貨市場への資金流入も後押しすると分析している。

また、トランプ政権の仮想通貨政策についても言及し、401k退職金制度への仮想通貨投資許可と仮想通貨キャピタルゲイン税撤廃提案を評価した。これらが8.7兆ドル規模の退職金資産の仮想通貨流入を促進すると期待を示している。

仮想通貨市場の拡大により、ステーブルコイン発行体が米国債短期証券への投資を増やし政府債務を支える構造も指摘した。仮想通貨の総時価総額1ドル増加ごとに0.09ドルがステーブルコインに流入し、最終的に米国債購入資金となると説明している。

アルトシーズン指数

現在のアルトシーズン進捗について、コインマーケットキャップのアルトコインシーズン指数は41となっている。この指数が75以上になると、アルトコインが市場を牽引する「正式なアルトシーズン」と定義され、価格上昇が加速する傾向がある。バイナンス元CEOのCZ氏も23日に「FOMOシーズンが間もなく到来するかもしれない」と発言し、市場の注目を集めている。

コインマーケットキャップはFOMO現象について、アルトコインの大幅リターン期待による楽観的市場センチメントであると説明。大型仮想通貨全体の24時間取引高増加がFOMO心理を示し、買い圧力と価格モメンタムの上昇を生み出すとしている。
