Ethereum king returns? Whale splashes tens of millions, ETF funds flood in, Standard Chartered calls for a price break of ten thousand!

Whale comes out of the mountains, spending k at a throw!

The recent Ethereum (ETH) market has been quite vigorous, just like suddenly deciding to start working out after returning from a holiday, it has been climbing all the way up and shows no signs of stopping.

According to Yu Jin monitoring, a "swing Whale" has splurged 20 million USDT to buy 4,201 ETH in the past half hour. This is just his "extra meal" for today - he has accumulated a total purchase of 14,931 ETH, with a total investment of 70.596 million USDT, at an average entry price of 4,728 dollars.

Interestingly, this big player had just liquidated their ETH at a price of $3,835 a week ago. Now, seizing the opportunity to come back, their skillful method can be described as "the Liu Bei of the crypto world - with a proper strategy for advancement and retreat."

Standard Chartered calls out: Ethereum, you deserve more!

The crypto world is lively, and the traditional financial sector is also not willing to be left out.

Tom Lee, the newly appointed chairman of the board at BitMine, stated that Standard Chartered Bank has raised its year-end target price for Ethereum to $7,500. However, he quickly added that this is still far from enough—based on the network development, ecological applications, and on-chain activity of Ethereum, the "fair price" for ETH should be $15,000!

In other words, the current market price of about $3,700 seems like a "bargain" to them. After hearing this valuation, many people felt their wallets itching, and their palms began to sweat.

ETF funds are pouring in, making ETH a "hot cake".

Stronger data is here!

According to Farside Investors monitoring on August 14:

The net inflow of the US Ethereum spot ETF reached $729.1 million in a single day!

The most ruthless is BlackRock's ETHA, where one person went in with over $500 million, as if to say: "I don't explain, I just buy."

In contrast, the total net inflow of Bitcoin spot ETFs on the same day was only $86.9 million, while the net inflow and outflow of big brother IBIT surprisingly both stood at zero, appearing quite quiet. FBTC and ARKB saw slight inflows of $26.7 million and $36.6 million respectively.

As for the SOL (Solana) ETF of REX-Osprey? The inflow and outflow on that day were both zero, directly becoming a "lying flat player."

Bull market rehearsal or a new round of FOMO?

Looking back over the past few days: whales have bought in massively, Standard Chartered is calling for a price increase, ETF funds are pouring in wildly, and the surge of ETH can be described as "taking off in all dimensions." It feels like when the convenience store downstairs suddenly announces: the second pack of instant noodles is half price, and everyone in the building rushes down to buy them up.

However, that being said, no matter how rapidly the crypto market rises, it is not a "sure win". Although ETH is gaining momentum, market conditions are unpredictable; rational investing is always in style.

In summary:

•Whale is present, buying 4,728 ETH, returning with heavy positions.

•Standard Chartered quotes $15,000, "3700? Cheap!"

•ETH ETF daily net inflow of 730 million USD, buying up Bitcoin.

• Bitcoin is "Buddhist", SOL is "lying flat", ETH is "surging"

Do you think this is the climax? It might just be the prologue.

Will ETH really soar to $7,500 or even $15,000? No one knows. But the game has already begun, may you get on the bus in time and get off without panic!
